As much as we’d all like, big changes unfortunately don’t happen overnight. That’s why we’ve introduced habit coaching-a new way to help clients make small, sustainable lifestyle changes! Trainers can now create habits within our Master Habit Library and prescribe them to clients. As clients complete habits each day, they will earn habit streaks and unlock special achievement badges over time.

With On-demand Video Workouts, trainers can create follow-along classes and workouts and deliver new ways for clients to get their sweat on. We’ve also released workouts of the day (WODs), workouts that trainers can share in groups that include a live participant feed. Meanwhile, Video Call
Appointments allow trainers and clients to connect 1-on-1 through live video-perfect for consultations, check-ins, and coaching sessions!

It's important to celebrate the wins. That's why, this release includes brand new and more frequent achievement badges to celebrate client milestones for workouts. Clients will see them immediately after completing an activity and on their dash, but they'll also be shared in trainer notifications and timelines and will be automatically posted inside groups!

We've also made a few other tweaks, like changing the order of the graphs on mobile (hello alphabetical order) so they're easier to find!

Groups have a new home! They've moved to the Dash for clients and the Overview for trainers

To make your workouts easier to follow, the way rest periods appear in the workout preview has been updated so it's consistent across regular exercises, supersets, and circuits (trainers will notice a difference when they're building workouts). We've also added the ability to include circuits inside regular workouts.

New habit features have also been added, now both you and your trainer will be able to see habit-related progress.
As usual, this includes other improvements and bug fixes.

This update is definitely on the smaller size, but make no mistake, it still packs a performance-improvement punch. In typical tradition, we’ve sent some pesky bugs packing, smoothed out a couple of little issues, and made some tweaks so the app runs as smooth as homemade pumpkin pie.
